Account Deletion

Gameheim Hub is a workplace tool: accounts belong to the studio that created them, not to the public. This page explains how a user, or a studio, asks for an account and its data to be deleted, and what happens next.

1. Who deletes an account

Accounts are created and managed by the customer Organization, so deletion is carried out by that Organization’s administrator. There is no self-service delete button inside the app: a member removing their own account mid-project would silently break the work the rest of the team depends on.

2. How to request deletion

  • Contact the administrator of your Organization — usually the lead who invited you. They can delete the account directly from the team settings.
  • If you cannot reach them, or the Organization no longer exists, write to info@virsion-studio.com from the email address associated with the account. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, and we will decline requests we cannot attribute to the account holder.

3. What is deleted

The personal record is erased: name, email address, credentials, active sessions, push-notification tokens, avatar, and any biometric sign-in key registered on the user’s devices. After deletion the account cannot sign in and cannot be restored.

Content the user wrote inside shared spaces — chat messages, direct-message history, calendar entries — is kept and detached from the person, so it no longer identifies them. This is deliberate: erasing it outright would delete one side of conversations that belong to colleagues too, and would leave the surviving history unreadable.

That content can also be erased outright, but the decision is not the individual user’s to make: it is the working record of the studio, and the Organization is its controller. A request to remove it should therefore go to the Organization, which can ask Virsion to carry it out.

4. What is kept, and why

Security audit records and billing documents are retained for the period required by law and by the contract, as described in the Privacy Policy. They are kept for legal obligations — accounting, and the ability to investigate a security incident — not for any commercial use.

5. Deleting an entire Organization

The owner of an Organization can delete the whole tenant — every project, task, file lock, message and member account — from Settings, under Data and privacy. The action requires downloading a full export first and typing the Organization name to confirm, because it cannot be undone.

6. How long it takes

A deletion carried out by the Organization administrator takes effect immediately. A request sent to Virsion is handled without undue delay and in any case within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.
