These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Gameheim. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. In effect since 24 July 2026.
1. Provider
Virsion Sagl, Canton Ticino, Switzerland. UID: CHE-452.458.064. Contact: info@virsion-studio.com.
2. Subject and reference to the contract
Gameheim (the “Service”) is a SaaS project-management platform for game development, with Perforce integration, collaboration tools, an AI-assisted knowledge base and a voice-acting pipeline, intended for professional customers (the “Customer”, typically the game studio) and their authorised adult users. User accounts are created and administered within the Customer’s Organization. Plans, commercial terms, duration, termination, service levels (SLAs) and the effects of termination are governed exclusively by the contract accepted by the Customer upon registration of the Organization or subscription to a plan; these Terms govern the user’s use of the Service. In case of conflict on those matters, the contract prevails.
3. Access and credentials
Access requires personal, non-transferable credentials linked to the Customer’s Organization. Sharing credentials, using generic accounts or allowing access to unauthorised persons is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The user is responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for the use of their account; enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA), where available, is recommended. Virsion may suspend access in the event of violations, unlawful use or risk to system security.
4. Acceptable use
The following are prohibited:
- uploading unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights;
- uploading malware or harmful code;
- attempting unauthorised access to data of other users, projects or organizations;
- reverse engineering the Service or the Agent;
- manipulating AI output for unintended purposes;
- using AI outputs to train competing third-party AI models;
- uploading third-party personal data without an adequate legal basis (including voice recordings lacking the necessary releases);
- using the Service for profiling or scoring of natural persons without a legal basis and human oversight.
5. Nature of the AI Service
AI outputs are produced by probabilistic models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unfounded (“hallucinations”); they do not constitute advice of any kind and Virsion does not warrant their accuracy or completeness. The user must subject them to human verification before any use or decision and is responsible for the use made of them.
6. Intellectual property
The software (including the platform and the Gameheim Agent) is the exclusive property of Virsion Sagl. Uploaded content and prompts remain the Customer’s; AI outputs belong to the Customer to the extent permitted by law. Virsion does not use content, prompts or AI outputs to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing the Service.
7. Confidential content and obligations towards third parties
Materials typical of game development (builds, assets, design documents, publisher or platform-holder materials) may be subject to confidentiality obligations towards third parties (NDAs, development or publishing agreements). Before uploading confidential content, the user must verify the obligations they are subject to, as provided for in the contract.
8. Presence and activity features
The Service includes real-time presence features that detect the user’s activity status (e.g. application heartbeats and, through the Agent, inactivity indicators for the “away” status). Informing users and ensuring the lawfulness of such features in the employment context is the responsibility of the Customer (employer), as Data Controller.
9. Availability, storage and liability
Availability and service levels are governed by the contract and depend on the infrastructure providers (Microsoft Azure); Virsion assumes no further availability commitments. The Service is not designed as a primary data repository or long-term archiving system: the primary repository for project files remains the Customer’s Perforce system, and the Customer remains responsible for retaining original content. Virsion’s liability is limited as provided in the contract; in any case Virsion is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of unverified AI outputs, save for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, an integral part of these Terms.
11. Account deletion
To delete their account, the user contacts the administrator of their Organization. The effects of contract termination and data export are governed by the contract.
12. Changes
Virsion may update these Terms; material changes are communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss substantive law, excluding the CISG; exclusive jurisdiction of the Pretura di Lugano. For personal data of data subjects in the EU, mandatory applicable EU law, including the GDPR, remains reserved.
