These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Gameheim Hub. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Gameheim Hub is a production hub for game studios, operated by [TBD: Virsion, full registered legal name and form]. It provides Perforce integration, task and pipeline tracking, a knowledge base, voice-acting production and team collaboration.
2. Accounts and organizations
To use Gameheim Hub you must create an organization and account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully or to store or share unlawful content;
- attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the security or integrity of the service;
- reverse engineer the service except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- abuse, overload or interfere with the service or other customers’ use of it.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the content and data your organization puts into Gameheim Hub. You grant Virsion a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide and support the service.
5. The Gameheim Agent
Gameheim Hub includes the Gameheim Agent, software installed on your own workstations. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Agent to operate the service. The Agent runs Perforce commands locally; your file contents are not transmitted to us.
6. Plans, fees and billing
Gameheim Hub is offered under subscription plans. The plan, its limits and its price apply to your organization as described at sign-up and on the Pricing page. [TBD: billing cycle, payment terms, refund and cancellation policy].
7. Intellectual property
Gameheim Hub, the Gameheim Agent and all related software, design and trademarks are owned by Virsion. These terms grant you no rights in them other than the right to use the service as permitted here.
8. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep Gameheim Hub available and reliable, but to the extent permitted by law the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. [TBD: any service-level commitments, if offered].
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virsion is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from the use of the service. [TBD: liability cap, to be set with legal review].
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Gameheim Hub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
11. Governing law
